The process

  1. Week 1: Discovery We map your current sales flow — how leads come in, where they get lost, what your follow-up looks like today. We connect to your CRM (or set one up) and design the automation.
  2. Week 2: Build We wire up lead capture, build your follow-up sequences, create proposal templates with AI-powered drafting, and set up your pipeline dashboard.
  3. Week 3: Test & Soak We run real leads through the system, tune the follow-up timing and messaging, monitor for 3 business days, and do a hands-on walkthrough with you.
  4. Handoff You get: a working pipeline system, written guide, recorded walkthrough, and a 30-day check-in scheduled.

What you need

A CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) or willingness to start one. An email account for sending follow-ups. At least 5 leads per month — if you’re getting fewer, the automation won’t have enough volume to justify itself yet.
